But these realities persist and cause nothing but headaches. That’s where we step in. It is our mission to make the drone repair process as simple, fast and painless as possible. As we view it, drone repair as it should be.
That’s why we have recently decided to revamp our drone repair process. To better serve our current and future customers, we want to be as upfront, honest, and transparent as possible. This includes our pricing structure.
Our drone repair process will begin with the purchase of a Repair Diagnostic Fee. This fee will cover:
Full diagnostics to assess all damage
Detailed report of all damage found
Return shipping for drone (whether repaired or not)
From here our team will provide a full detailed report with all damage found plus a final repair estimate. The estimate includes an additional fee that will need to be paid before any final repairs are done.
What makes us different?
We are transparent with our repair costs. All final repairs will fall into one of our pre-determined repair tiers where costs are provided – not hidden.
Should you choose to move forward with the repair, your drone will be back to new in no time – test flights are included! Should you choose to NOT move forward, no worries – we will ship your drone back to you at no additional cost.
